Green exercise refers to physical exercise undertaken in natural environments. Professor Jules Pretty coined the phrase ‘green exercise’ in 2005.
There are so many health benefits both mentally and physically that are gained from active engagement in nature yet we are spending less time outdoors then ever before. In fact:

- We are 70% deficient in Vitamin D
